Therapy Frame
In therapy the more containing the frame is the more we are free to explore in the session. With this in mind I try to be as clear as possible regarding the aspects of our work. Please see below.
Sessions
Sessions are held at the same time each week and last for 50 minutes.
I have a 48 hour notice period, please let me know before this time if you can not make a session, otherwise I will have to charge for the missed session.

I work from two locations:

I am also working online over zoom.
Price
I charge £70 per session.
Some concessionary places are available for people on low incomes or trainee therapists.
Payment
I accept payment in cash or by bank transfer.
Payment can be made either before the session, after the session or monthly.
Confidentiality
Anything that is discussed in the sessions is held in the strictest of confidence.
Only in situations where I feel you are a serious threat to yourself or others will I consider breaking confidentiality, I will always try to do this in consultation with you.
Commitment
I take breaks throughout the year which of course you won't be charged for.
Whilst you are free to take holidays also and of course life happens, I do expect a level of commitment to the process. Frequently missing session maybe discussed and could put the therapy in jeopardy.
